What do we have at The Knight Butcher?
We have a lot of people wondering what it is we do at the shop so, we wanted to take a little time to explain all the items we carry on a regular basis. Currently, we sell Beef, Pork, Chicken, & Lamb. We buy the whole cow, so we get every part of the animal- even the tongue! We also have a Gourmet Items section in the store which features Hoff & Pepper Sauces, Char Crust Rubs, Chittlins BBQ Sauce, Texas Hill Country Olive Oils, 2 Gringos Chupacabra Salsas & Seasoning's, Chips, Soda, and Pure Local Honey. To top off your experience with a sugar rush we have the Knight Sugar Fudge which is made fresh daily, and we can't forget our bestselling item: Knight Jerky. The demand for our Mild, Spicy, & Teriyaki beef jerky is epic and we make it all fresh in house DAILY + we're Now Shipping Nationwide! We also now serve our Brown Bag Lunches every day (Tuesday-Saturday) from 11AM-1PM or until sold out.
